FAQ

How cold and humid can it be when painting with linseed oil paint?

Optimal painting temperature is 15–25 °C (59–77 °F). However, the paint is not frost sensitive, and can be used even in cool temperatures. The most important thing is that the substrate is dry and that the moisture content of the substrate does not exceed 15 percent. At cold temperatures, the drying time will be longer and the paint more sluggish in application.
